1. Product damaged during shipment

1. Defective product

In order to return a defective product, the defect of the merchandise must first be verified by sending photos showing that the item is actually damaged or deteriorated.

This warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized installer when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

 

The guarantee will lose its value:

If any of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase is modified, altered or substituted.

To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the proof of purchase.

4. Product does not meet your expectations

If you receive the product and it does not respond to what you were looking for, do not worry, you can return it within 5 calendar days from receipt of the product. To do so, you only have to contact the Warehouse by any of the available means. It is necessary that the product is in perfect state of conservation with all its accessories.

After having received the goods in our warehouse and checked their condition, you will be refunded the amount of your order, minus the shipping costs, by bank transfer.

Warranty

All our products come with a one month warranty. 

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and the warranty does not apply in case of misuse of the product.
